1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LEXI Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Private beta

LEXI is currently in a private beta. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no uptime guarantees during the beta period.

3. Permitted use

The platform is intended for Indian exporters preparing legitimate trade documentation. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to generate fraudulent documents, or to misrepresent trade transactions.

4. User obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. Documents generated by LEXI are drafts based on your input — you are responsible for reviewing them before submission to your bank or any authority.

5. Intellectual property

LEXI Platform and its software are owned by LEXI Platform Private Limited. You retain ownership of your trade data. You grant LEXI a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

LEXI is not liable for any loss arising from: errors in documents generated from inaccurate data you provided; bank rejection of documents; or compliance decisions made based on the platform. Documents are drafts for your review — not legal or regulatory advice.

7. No regulatory advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or regulatory advice. LEXI does not hold a payment service provider licence and does not facilitate payments.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City, India — add when confirmed].

9. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
