What LEXI does not do.

You download the bundle and you send it. LEXI does not submit anything to your bank, your CHA or customs.

Questions from exporters.

Minutes, from uploading the purchase order to a complete bundle you can review. The time that used to go into retyping and cross-checking is what disappears.

No. You can sign up and explore the platform right now. You will need your AD code when you are ready to submit documents to your bank.

Open account and advance payment (TT) shipments. Documentary collections and letters of credit are not supported yet — we would rather say so than have you find out mid-shipment.

LEXI checks your documents against each other — that the invoice, packing list, transport document and shipping bill agree on values, quantities, parties and ports. It does not validate your shipment against DGFT, RBI or customs rules, and it is not connected to those systems.

Your data is encrypted in transit. We do not sell it, and we do not share your trade documents with any third party. Within your account, you control which of your own people can see what. A small number of LEXI staff can access customer data to run the platform and support you — we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Document generation for open account and advance payment shipments is free — no credit card, no setup fee. LC and documentary collection workflows will move to a paid tier when ready.
